Product Description
#805 Commercial Grade Roof Cement is a professional grade asphaltic base plastic cement. #805 is ready to use as it comes out of the can and can be applied with a trowel or knife. #805 is a carefully mixed homogeneous blend of high-grade fibers, select asphalt, minerals, plasticizers, and aromatic hydrocarbons. #805 readily adheres to all prepared surfaces and will not sag, slip, or mud crack, and will remain highly resilient and durable through all seasons. #805 is a multipurpose plastic cement for repairing leaks, cracked spots, holes in shingles, concrete and steel or metal roofs. #805 can be used on all flashings around skylights, gutters, and in all crevices.
Application Methods
Application rate of approximately 40 linear feet per gallon with 4” wide 1/8” thick application. Application rates will vary by surface, porosity, and job conditions. Please consult TRP for total dry film thickness requirements.
