All surfaces must be clean, dry, smooth, even and free from all other foreign matter. Raised edges, buckles and blisters shouldbecutandflattened. Check flashings, drains, edgings, vents, and valleys and repair as needed.

Apply to clean dry surface using stiff, bristle brush, roller, or spray equipment. For best results, weather should be at least 65°F, dry and clear, with no threat of rain for 48 hours. Drying time is approximately 48 hours in warm, dry weather.

Apply at the rate of approximately 1 to 2 gallons per 100 sq. ft. depending on job specifications. Stir coating to uniform consistency before using. Avoid heavy mounds of mass accumulation.

DO NOT ALLOW TO FREEZE. DON’T THIN. DO NOT HEAT CONTAINER or store at temperatures greater than120°F. Be sure lid is tight and pail is secure when transporting this product. Do not allow pail to tumble as this may loosen the lid and allow leakage to occur.

Clean tools with mineral spirits or paint thinner.
