All surfaces must be clean, dry, smooth, even,andfree from all other foreign matter. Raised edges, buckles, and blisters should be cut and flattened. Check flashings, drains, edgings, vents, and valleys and repair as needed. Local building codes, roof deck condition,or moistureinoldroof may indicate complete removal of an old roof.

Apply to clean dry surface using stiff bristle brush, roller, or spray equipment. For best results, weather should be at least 65°F, dry and clear, with no threat of rain for 48 hours. Drying time is approximately 48 hours in warm, dry weather. For spray applications use #202 Spray Grade
Fibered Roof Coating.

Apply at the rate of approximately 2-4 gallons per 100 square feet depending on job specifications. Stir coating to uniform consistency before using. Avoid heavy mounds of mass accumulation.

DO NOT ALLOW TO FREEZE. DO NOT THIN. DO NOT HEAT CONTAINER or store at temperatures greater than 120°F. Be sure lid is tight and pail is secure when transporting this product. Do not allow pail to tumble as this may loosen the lid and allow leakage to occur.
