Product Description
#126 Non-Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating is an extremely brilliant, durable designed to withstand extreme weather conditions. Tropical Roofing’s unique formulations make this dependable product stand out above the rest. Our use of paint grade aluminum paste (as used in bridges & water towers) gives a much higher quality and brighter leafing finish. A resin formulation is also added during the mixing process to change the characteristics of the asphalt itself to give a harder, shinier finish. #126 reflects over 70% of the suns rays, allowing drastic reductions in interior temperatures, while protecting the underlayment. #126 can be used on roofs of all types, storage tanks, masonry surfaces and structural steel. #126 is also an excellent rust and corrosion resistant coating for all types of metal surfaces.
Application Methods
Application rate at a minimum of 1 - 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet. Application rates will vary by surface, porosity, and job conditions. Please consult TRP for total dry film thickness requirements.
