Product Description
#120 Fibered Aluminum Roof Coating is a heavy-duty fibered aluminum coating that gives maximum reflectivity while giving unsurpassed protection against moisture and corrosion. Our unique formulation forms a heavy, brilliant, silvery finish that preserves, prevents rust, inhibits fungus and reflects over 70% of the sun’s damaging rays, while reducing interior temperatures. Our use of paint grade aluminum pigment (as opposed to the coarser, less leafing “roofing” grade) gives a much finer leafing effect, enabling Tropical Roofing to achieve a vastly superior coating. Our use of naturally occurring bituminous resins fortifies the asphalt with an unparalleled strength to give it greater resistance to the damaging effects of the elements.
Application Methods
Application rate at a minimum of 1 - 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet. Application rates will vary by surface, porosity, and job conditions. Please consult TRP for total dry film thickness requirements.
